In this article, we will explain how you can get help and support in Loupe and how you can provide feedback.

Knowledge Base

The Loupe knowledge base, loupe.work/help, contains lots of information that can help you on demand, 24/7. You will find step-by-step guides, feature overviews and release notes. 

The quickest way to find what you are looking for is to type what you are looking for in the 'Search' bar. If you cannot see what you are looking for, try typing in the area that you're having issues in (e.g. 'Linesheet' or 'Pricing'). That will return all articles published in that area.

In-App Guides

For some areas in Loupe, guides are available to take you through features and help you complete tasks. 

These are usually triggered when you are using an area of the application for the first time. 

Report a Problem

For urgent issues, please email your company's customer success manager or alternatively, email the team at support@atelier.technology. The team will get back to you as quickly as they can and will prioritise according to the severity of the request.
