In this article we will show you how to set individual discounts for each of your customers
To set a discount (or mark up) for a given customer go to the Customers page under Settings in the left navigation. Then scroll down to the Customer Company Pricing section. In here you will see a list of all your connected retail partners, and the discounts you have assigned to them.
To update a customer's discount click the pen icon and enter the new adjustment percentage. Be sure to enter minus if you want it to be a discount, or a plus if you want it to be a mark up.
Warning: When you make an update to a customer's discount on this page, all associated samples and products will be updated (unless they have an item-level discount applied). Take caution when making these types of adjustments.
If you want to see how adjusting the discount affects your customer's pricing, then navigate to Showroom under Sales. Open the filter panel if not already open, and select View at the top. Now select the customer for which you would like to view how they would see your showroom with the discounts applied.
