Linesheet Batch Actions: Actions

This article explains how to use the 'Actions' batch action tools to process multiple products on your Linesheet.

Using Batch Actions

In order to use a batch action, you must first select multiple rows on your Linesheet, using the check boxes to the left of each row.

As soon as a row is selected you will see a toolbar appear at the bottom of the page. Click Click for Actions on the bar to bring up the batch action selection page:

The first step in all batch actions is a menu with all available options. Select your action to continue:

Assign To

Assign To lets you add a team member as Product Owner for a group of products.

Create a Set

The Create a Set tool lets you combine up to 10 unique variant types styles, with a quantity of up to ten each item, into a Set. This will generate a new Set product detail page that will be accessible as a new row on your Linesheet.

In the first step you are able to add new images for your set:

⚠️ Important: The Atelier platform automatically scans uploaded images and will reject any that do not conform to our photography rules. Follow the on-page advice to make sure your images are accepted.

Next, you will need to define the Set Name, Type and Categories (up to four) that the set is associated with:

Finally, you can define the set quantity for each selected product, then choose which sizes will be available for each product. You can also select which size should be used as your Cost Master:
