      Fix Cost Submission Tether To Grid would not work for stones where OurReference field has been edited and the value has been removed by users. We have asynchronous value for this field in the database resulting in the error.   We identified and resolved the database error that caused the issue. Tether To Grid feature now works as expected even when OurReference field has been edited.
