Send to Supplier

For retailers only user who was first promoted to Merchandising Team manager role was able to send purchase orders to suppliers. All other Merchandising Team managers were blocked to send Purchase Orders to the suppliers. 

We updated the logic of retrieving permissions for all Merchandising Team managers when there are more than one manager.

Now all Merchandising Team managers will be able to send purchase orders to their supplier.
