New Feature |
Product Detail Page > Enterprise Cost Analysis and Cost Submission tabs |
Preparing and approving a Cost submission is a critical and very detailed process and our users need to capture all conversations within the specific cost submission rather than in a generic chat inbox. Hence we are introducing the ability to comment and have a conversation per Cost submission where vendors and retailers can have the discussions. | In this first release we added the ability for users to leave comments for their colleagues and tag them. | Both Vendors and Retailers who have access to Cost Submission & Analysis can leave and respond to comments within their own companies. In subsequent release we will extend this functionality so Retailers and their vendors both can comment have discussions on same cost submissions. |
Enhancement |
Orders > Purchase Orders |
We Identified that when clients execute the Purchase Order Cost Array it would take hours to finalize. | We internally optimized the data processing to reduce waiting time for our clients by 50%. | Enterprise retailers will get a much faster response when querying updated cost for their SKUs at their desired metal lock to issue Purchase orders. |
Enhancement |
Products > CSV Export > Enterprise _Costing CSV |
We have identified that in the CSV export some fields were missing, including the `Overcost` in dollar value, `Discounted Overcost %` and `Discounted Overcost` in dollar value. |
`Overcost $ `, `Discounted Overcost %` & `Discounted Overcost $` were added to the costing csv. export. While `Enterprise_Supplier_Overcost_(%)` was renamed to become `Overcost %` |
Integration users for Enterprise retailers will have 3 new columns `Overcost $` , `Discounted Overcost %` & `Discounted Overcost $` in the costing csv. Also they will see that `Enterprise_Supplier_Overcost_(%)` is renamed to `Overcost %` |
Enhancement |
Samples > Upload New |
We are adding the ability to load watches to the platform and there are two different CSV Upload templates, hence we’ve had to adjust where those templates are accessible. |
We moved the CSV template download screen after the user selects Jewelry or watches so that they can access only the relevant upload templates. |
Suppliers will now be able to access the CSV template in the next step, when selecting which sample the user wants to batch upload. |
Fix |
Products > Linesheet > CSV Export |
We Identified that in the Watches CSV export of Bill of Materials the `hands quantity` was missing, measurement units was not described, and the `Movement` columns were not identifiable since they were lacking the word `movement`. |
We have added the `Hands Quantitiy` column, the measurement units have been added with a snake_case pattern and the movement columns are identifiable as they were named `movement_(insert characteristic)`. |
Now retailers will find the expected columns, and understand the measurement units and the column content as it is properly named. |
