Loupe US Corp DBA Loupe (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and platform users (“you,” “your”) and recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about them. By visiting the Website and using the platform and services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that, as an employee or contractor accessing the Website on behalf of a business that has subscribed to our services, we act as a “business” (as that term is used under applicable U.S. privacy law) in respect of the personal information you provide to us in order to access, or in the process of accessing, those services.

1. What Personal Information Do We Collect From You and How?
We collect personal information in several ways: when you place an order, use our services (including in connection with photographic images or personalization features), or register for a service we offer. We may also have received your personal information from your employer when they registered you for access to our services. Your employer will have shared that information with us pursuant to their own internal privacy policies, over which we have no control. Once your employer has provided your personal information to us, we will use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may ask for your telephone number solely to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is an additional security measure supplementing your account password. We will use your telephone number only to send you a unique verification code at login. This is required only if your administrator has activated the additional security feature for your organization.
If you do not provide us with personal information we request, we may not be able to give you access to the Website or to the services available through it.
We use the personal information you give us to manage our relationship with you and to administer and protect our business, the Website, and the services available through it.

Any such data will be aggregated and stripped of all personally identifiable information before disclosure, and will not include any information that can be used to identify you or any other individual. We use an external authentication provider to authenticate users when logging in to our services. We share your personal information with that provider solely for authentication purposes.
We may share your personal information with third parties in connection with a sale, transfer, or merger of all or part of our business or assets. If such a transaction occurs, the new owner may use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may use your personal information for internal marketing and demographic studies, combined with non-personal data, to monitor usage patterns and improve the Website design to better meet our visitors’ needs.

5. Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information
If you believe the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, please visit the Website and, after signing in, access and update your information in the “My Account” section.
Only you, or our support team upon your request, may access your personal information using your password and User ID. Information may be updated online within My Account.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. We may retain your personal information for a longer period in the event of a complaint, or where we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to our relationship with you.
In determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; and any applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements.

You may request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances, as described in Section 8 below.
In some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes. In such cases, we may use that information indefinitely without further notice to you.
International Data Transfers
Our platform serves customers globally. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
For customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom: we handle cross-border data transfers from those jurisdictions to the United States through bespoke data processing agreements incorporating appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. Rights Available to All Users
- Right to Know / Access: You may request information about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
- Right to Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of personal information you have provided to us in a portable format.

Additional Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights:
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not run behavioral retargeting advertising and we do not profile individual users across third-party sites. If our practices change in a way that triggers these obligations, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism on our Website at that time.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide our services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
Additional Rights for Residents of Other States
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights similar to those described above. Please contact us to exercise any such rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at privacy@loupe.com or by writing to us at the address in Section 7. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, to ensure your personal information is not disclosed to an unauthorized person.
You will not have to pay a fee to exercise your rights. However, if a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond, as permitted by applicable law.
We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within 45 days. If your request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend our response time by a further 45 days. We will notify you if an extension is needed and keep you updated.
